Note
- According to a fan's review for the January 31, 1996 performance, the first verifiable one since January 21, 1996, "The Rev was in good form. Didn't seem drained from illness at all.", his remark suggesting Marilyn Manson was too ill to perform and that the missing unverifiable shows (January 23rd though January 30, 1996) were canceled.
