A recent edition added these sentences:
"a crick-like sacrificed figure, like Jesus Christ, who was stabbed in the torso on the cross"
"God removes a rib to make Eve, thus making gender. Before the rib removal, Adam was a female/male. "
I have the following questions:
- what is "a crick-like figure"? I thought it could be a common trope that I am not aware of, but a google search didn't elucidate me.
- wasn't Jesus technically pierced in the torso and not stabbed?
- I don't see the point of the last sentence: if by removing a rib from Adam gender was made, it is implicit that before the removal Adam was genderless. Either case, if we want to be explicit, saying he was "a female/male" does not say much (what does that mean? what is a female/male? A person with both genders? None?), and the proper term would be genderless (if we agree that before the rib removal there was no gender).

- "crick-like figure" -- not sure about this in your context, but i guess it sounds pretty good describing a person nailed to a cross, if crick is meant to described a crooked body, figure, or body part in general
- stabbed is correct. (to my understanding the difference between "stab" and "pierce" in English, stabbing is like hitting with a sharp object making wounds, while piercing is a similar action that making a [needle/spear only?] through-and-through holes)
- what i googled says that the "gender" of Adam before the rib was removed depends on how one interprets it: either no gender (intersex?), or both. we can say neither on the debate, but we can put both statements letting anybody else interpret it on their own
