- During "The Love Song", Marilyn Manson performed in the Pope outfit previously worn during the Guns, God and Government (tour)
- After "Mobscene" but prior to "The Dope Show" Twiggy performed a solo guitar piece.
- During "Rock Is Dead" Twiggy's [1] V flying guitar's edges lights purple blue green red along the edges.
- An upside down American Flag with the shock symbol was revealed during "Rock is Dead"
- During "Tourniquet" Marilyn Manson wore a full head mask.
- Vocals for "King Kill 33°" was performed by Twiggy.
- During The Dope Show the word DRUGS appeared behind the band
