The performance on December 11, 1994 took place at Corestates Spectrum in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States of America. The band opened for Nine Inch Nails, and were themselves introduced onto the stage by the Jim Rose Circus.[1][2]
This marked the last performance for the Further Down the Spiral tour. On December 27th, 1994 the band embarked on their first headlining tour, the Portrait of an American Family Tour.
