The Nipples Had Already Started is a painting by Marilyn Manson. It depicts a woman topless showing her nipples (in reference to the painting's title). The woman could be Evan Rachel Wood, but this hasn't been officialy confirmed. The painting was featured as a part of Manson's Hell, Etc. art exhibit in Greece.
