The The High End of Low Tour: Rockstar Mayhem Fest Leg is the second leg of Marilyn Manson's 2009 The High End of Low Tour. The band will be headlining the Rockstar Mayhem Festival together with Slayer. This particular leg of the tour consisted of 25 dates played throughout North America (one Canada show was cancelled). The leg of tour spanned from July 10, 2009 until August 15, 2009.
