It's perfectly natural that some Marilyn Manson songs may resemble songs by other artists, both in terms of music and lyrics. Some of these songs have an obvious similarity, while others have a more subjective resemblance that other users may not agree with.

Born Villain (2012)[edit]
- "Slo-Mo-Tion": The song bass riff pretty much resembles the bass riff of "Hang Me Up to Dry" (0:00) by Cold War Kids (2007). The "Slo-Mo-Tion" guitar tune at 3:15 also sounds somewhat similar to the guitar riff of "Hang Me Up to Dry" (1:25).
Heaven Upside Down (2017)[edit]
- "Saturnalia": The song shares bass similarities with "Bella Lugosi's Dead" (0:34) by Bauhaus (1979).
