"Inauguration of the Mechanical Christ" is the first track on the 1999 release The Last Tour on Earth. It is was live introduction during the Rock Is Dead Tour and has never been recorded in the studio. Its one line of lyrics comes from the song "Mechanical Animals".

- On most bootlegs this track is mislabeled as "This Isn't Me, I'm Not Mechanical".
- The bass line is actually the main riff of "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" with the notes being held out as opposed to strumming.
