IX (The Grey Series) is last in a series of nine self-portraits known as "The Grey Series". This painting by Marilyn Manson portrays a figure with red eyes and hair painted in greys and blues. He is holding clasped hands above his head, his arms making a diamond <> shape. See marilynmanson.com paintings for availability. It has been said The Grey Series was painted at a time of depression.
