"A Rose and a Baby Ruth" is a b-side of the 1998 album Mechanical Animals, originally written and performed by John D. Loudermilk in 1956, but bearing more similarity to George Hamilton's version. The song was officially released in 1999 on the UK version of The Last Tour on Earth's bonus disc.
