The performance on August 2, 2024 took place at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania, United States of America. This date marks the first show of the band after a five year pause since November 19, 2019, although Marilyn Manson was a single guest performer on a few shows late 2019 and early 2020. The lineup also changed replacing Paul Wiley, Juan Alderete, and Brandon Pertzborn by Tyler Bates and Gil Sharone who performed with the band earlier, and new performers Matthew Montgomery also known as Piggy D (bass) and Reba Meyers (guitar) who is the band's first female performer.

- Right before performing "The Dope Show" Marilyn Manson introduced the band onstage by their real names, and himself: “My name is Marilyn Manson and I'm a drug addict.” The introduction of the band and himself Manson spoke before every performance of "The Dope Show" within the tour(Confirm).
