About[edit]
The performance on April 11, 2003 took place at the Volksbuehne in Berlin, Germany. This performance is notable for being an all-acoustic show. Marilyn Manson himself was the only member of the band to appear, while two unknown female pianists accompanied him. Aside the three songs performed live, the video for mOBSCENE was also screened to the crowd and Dita Von Teese came out on stage to perform her martini glass routine.
The entire performance can be seen in the documentary "A Grotesque Evening with Marilyn Manson" and the portion of the concert where Manson sings "The Dope Show" was released on the sampler "Sonic Seducer Cold Hands Seduction Vol. 29" as a multimedia file.
