The performance on December 8, 1994 took place at Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York, United States. The band opened for Nine Inch Nails, and were themselves introduced onto the stage by the Jim Rose Circus. Marilyn Manson's set came to a premature close when frontman Marilyn Manson smashed drummer Sara Lee Lucas' drumkit with his microphone stand, frustrated at Lucas' difficulty with holding the beat.[1]
