The performance on December 1, 1994 took place at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The band opened for Nine Inch Nails, and were themselves introduced onto the stage by the Jim Rose Circus. This show is featured on several bootlegs including The 5000 Fingers of and Dark Adventures, which assert they were recorded on June 1 or January 6, 1994 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is incorrect, as the same show was recorded for these bootlegs, the December 1 performance in Toronto. On bootlegs, "Misery Machine" and sometimes even "My Monkey" are absent from the end of the recording.
